Privacy policy

Positive Futures is Katie Sturtevant's consulting, coaching and workshop practice in Pismo Beach, California. This page explains what information this website collects and what happens to it.

What we collect. The contact form asks for your name, your email address, what you are interested in, and your message. The newsletter form asks for your email address. That is all: the site has no visitor accounts, no comments and no shopping cart.

What happens to it. Form messages are delivered by email to Katie through Resend, an email delivery service, and answered from her mailbox. The website itself does not keep a copy. If you sign up for the quarterly email, your address is kept on Katie's contact list and used only for that email; reply to any message, or use the unsubscribe link in it, to be removed.

Visitor measurement. The site uses Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights, which count page views and measure loading speed in aggregate. They set no cookies and do not identify individual visitors.

Cookies. The public pages set no cookies. A cookie is only set when an editor signs in to update the site.

Who else handles your data. Vercel hosts the site, Supabase stores the site's content and photos, and Resend delivers form messages. Each processes data only to provide that service. Nothing is sold or shared for advertising.

Photos. Photographs on this site show workshop participants and clients who agreed to appear. If you are in one and would like it removed, send a message.

Your choices. To see, correct or delete what Katie holds about you, or to ask any question about this page, use the contact form. Requests are answered by email.

Children. This site is for adults and is not directed at children under 16.

Changes. When this page changes, the date here moves. Last updated September 7, 2026.
